Management
Development Program
This program
offers university and college students worldwide the opportunity to obtaining
all essential qualifications that will allow them to take over leadership
positions within a time frame of 18 to 24 months. The individual training
is determined by a frame curriculum set up in accordance with each candidate.
It is based on the following key elements: gaining an understanding of
general company structures with an emphasis on one specific technical
area; one or two prolonged stays abroad; accompanying training schemes
in commercial and technical fields, in personnel and project management.
Learning by doing is considered the core idea of this program.
